Please be sure to bring all of the following registration requirements with you to your appointment:
-Certificate of Occupancy
-Valid NJ State Driver's License/ID reflecting your current Logan Township residence
-One of the following: Agreement of Sale, Lease, Mortgage or Settlement Papers, Sworn Affidavit
-Student's Original Birth Certificate
-Legal custody papers, if applicable
-Official immunization records from your Physicians Office
-Transfer Card
-Report Card
-Test Scores 
**Please Note: If you are not renting and the residence is owned by another relative or friend, a meeting with the Superintendent will also be required.
